Flying Goat Yoga is thrilled to announce a transformative partnership with the Boys & Girls Club of Rutland County to launch the
Well BEEing Project, a pilot program to encourage proactive health and wellness.
Through this pilot, the Well BEEing Project will utilize a secure and accessible communication platform (SMS, phone, and email) to proactively reach families, identify needs early, and connect them with local resources in areas such as:
By delivering timely, trauma-informed outreach and acting on real-time family feedback, the pilot will bridge the gap between families in need and the services that can support them—all without the burden of apps, portals, or confusing systems.
Far too many youth and families experience preventable crises due to lack of early intervention. With trusted community anchors like the Boys & Girls Club, we can reach families in a familiar environment and offer wraparound support before needs escalate.
“This pilot reflects the future of family-centered care,” said Jillian Fucci, Founder of Flying Goat Yoga and the Well BEEing Project.
“It’s about meeting families where they are, listening to what they need, and responding with personalized, coordinated solutions
—all powered by smart, human-centered technology.”
Enrollment for the pilot will begin this fall, with outreach and needs assessments rolling out in collaboration with Boys & Girls Club staff. Families will receive regular check-ins, resource referrals, and follow-up support,
all tracked and coordinated through the Blooming Health platform.
Together, we’re building a more connected, resilient, and well-supported Rutland County—one family at a time.
