Join Cassia of Mountain Girl Yoga at the enchanting Flying Goat Yoga and Farm in western Vermont for an intimate sound and fire event under the moon and stars, designed to clear your inner landscape and align your deepest intentions.

Your journey begins as you surrender into a personal sanctuary of either a full body suspension in our  unique yoga hammock or nestled on the ground with soft candlelight and the cleansing aroma of sage preparing you for deep relaxation. 

As a layered soundscape of gongs and crystal singing bowls washes over you, their therapeutic frequencies and scientifically-crafted binaural beats dissolve old thought patterns and stagnant 

emotions from every cell.

Throughout the evening, Cassia integrates hands-on Reiki for deep energetic realignment, inviting you 

into profound stillness and clarity.

To keep this gathering quietly elevated, the ambiance is 21+ and green friendly—please enjoy responsibly and discreetly in the spirit of Vermont hospitality. 

A limited number of aerial yoga hammocks are available for an ultra-cocooned experience;
